CLASSES
You should be of reasonable health to begin training and tell the class instructors of any special circumstances health wise. A typical session starts with a 10 minute warm-up and around 10 to 15 minutes of stretching. This is essential to prepare your body for Karate training and prevent muscle strains and injury. The rest of the session is dedicated to Karate training itself where you will learn techniques for self defence, basic Karate, Kata and syllabus work that you need to know to enable you to grade for belts and if applicable, Competition Karate.
